So this is my make up blog, and I guess I'm supposed to write about my spring break, so here it goes; Over spring break, I went on a cruise to the Caribbean, and it was AMAZINGGG!  We went to Grand Turk, Dominican Republic, Aruba, and Curacoa. The water was so clear in ever spot that we went, and i have to say my favorite place was the dominican. We went fishing for star fish in this 3 foot deep natural pool, and it was so much fun. Me and my cousin caught one and named it sharkey because it had small dull spikes on it :) I also loved Grand Turk, at Magaritaville. Probably one of the most amazing and fun spots i have ever been to. It was always 85 to 95 degree weather and it was perfect. I dont get sea sick so being on the ship was plain fun. We had these club type things where we get to meet people our age and i met so many new people there. 4 were from Ohio! :D 3 were from chicago, 3 were from florida, 1 was from colorado, 2 were from kentucky, and one was from idaho. All around i miss the cruise. i never wanted to get off. Well, that was my spring break. It was amazing

so this week was almost official the LONGEST week if my life. on tuesday i thought it was thursday and on wednesday i thought it was friday.. but nope. anyway in english, we read orson welles and its actually a pretty funny book. but thats all we are doing in english. on friday, i went to my friends birthday party and then on saturday and sunday i had a soccer tournament and we won 2 and lost 2. the last team we played were so mad... it was actually pretty funny. some girl had a handball and i said handball like kinda loud and she turns around and was like can you not call that youre not the ref. THANKS. i just started laughing.. haha and theres some other things but i really dont feel like explaining it. but yeah my weekend was alright and i just cant wait for it to be summer... theres only 3 and half more weeks leftt ! then its SUMMMER! :D well thats all for now.

hey there. well this week went by really slow. i kept thinking it was friday, but it would only be tuesday or wednesday or thursday. Tuesday I had 4 tests, and that was NOT fun. I got 4 hours of sleep that night... yay. In english this week, we had our caesar test and it was okay, i should have studied a little bit more for it. we also started Orson Welles. I think we start reading it tomorrow. Friday, i went to abby hersey's house and we walked to smoothie king, then sprinted over to mykanos where we waited for 3 hours for jen wood to be done with her choir thing. then we went to cici's and saw a bunch of people there, and that was kinda weird saying that it was 930 at night. then after that, we went back to abbys house and slept over. Saturday, we had a game and i scored 2 goals... but we lost 3 to 2. it was our first loss. oh well. then i went to easton with martina schmid and then we came back to my house and watched haunting in connecticut, for like the 10th time. then today was mothers day and me and my family went to brio for lunch and i got out of going to soccer practice :) then we played some games cux thats what my momma wanted to do and then i did my homework and now im a bout to go watch some tv. see ya later.

new blog.

well this week kind of went really slow.. but oh well, it finally came to the weekend. This week in class we finished Julius Caesar... finally. i kept zoning out when we read that. Sorry mr. potter... but anyway, i think we have the test over it on wednesday, i really hope it isnt on tuesday because i already have 4 tests to study for that are on tuesday: Biology, Spanish, Health, and Geometry.... great! on thursday i got my lisense!!! (: i love having it, i can finally drive by myself with no one telling me what to do or what i did wrong. on friday i went to a party (drove there by myself too :D) and then on saturday, my soccer game got cancelled so my mom had me drive to the grovery store to pick her up some things that she needed for my aunts birthday party. After that i went to easton with allie earl and then to my aunts birthday party. The theme of her party was "to act your shoesize". We played kickball and it got pretty intense. my cousin who is like 30..  i really dont know how old he is.. got really competative, it was really funny. But anyway, today i had soccer practice, and fortunatly it was better than most practices that we have been having. He didnt yell at us as much as he normally does and it didnt seem as long as it normally does. thats all for now. byw

well heres another blog.. this week went by kinda slow, but kinda fast at the same time. i thought it was friday on thursday, but then i got happy that we had a 3 day weekend. this week in english we read caesar again. i cant wait to be done with it, i think its soooo boring... thursday i went to jen woods house and me allie and abby slept over at her house, then on friday, we went bowling. saturday, i went to see a movie with my friend hannah and it was really funny. the people sitting next to us wouldnt stop saying the f word. it was really funny to listen to them. today i went to church for easter, and then i went to my aunts house for the day. it was fun. we had an easter egg hunt.  on thursday, i should get my liscense.. but i really hope i dont fail because that would be insanley embarrassing if i did.. but oh well. thats it for now, happy easter!

well its time for another blog. i guess we had a blog due last week that no one knew about? so i didnt get that one done. oh well. anyways, last week in english we started julius caesar, and its okay so far. we colored on friday, and my drawings were terrible. Friday, after school, i waited for abby hersey to be done with soccer and then we walked to dairy queen and almost got run over by 29849032 cars! it was really scary. after that, we walked to creekside and then to jefferson elementry and then back to her house. we played wheel of fortune there and it was really funny. saturday,  i had a job interview and i think i got the job! after that i had to go to soccer, but it was like hailing and storming out side and when we got to the fields, all we had to wait was a half hour. i was so mad. and then after that i went car shopping but we dont know if were getting the car that i wanted. after that i went to easton with rachel and i got this sweet neckalce. they have glasses on them :) today i didnt go anything. i just stayed home, made some cookies and sat on the couch watching tv and on my laptop. well bye for now.

Dear Reader,

            In the book, The Lucky One, by Nicholas Sparks, a man seems to be unlucky until he finds a picture of a woman on a beach in Iraq at a military base. He puts the picture on a bulletin board in the base to see if someone would retrieve the picture, but no one did, so he kept the picture. He went to a poker game that night and after losing four nights of poker, he didn’t think that he would win anything. He won all of his money back and more that night. His best friend, Victor, said it was “luck”, but Logan Thibault, the man who found the picture, didn’t believe in superstitions. After he and Victor got out of the military, they went on a fishing trip where Victor got hit head on by a boat. At that, Logan decided to walk from Colorado to find the girl in the photo… if that would ever happen. He decided to stop in a little town in North Carolina called Hampton. He stops at a bar and asks people if they have seen the woman in the photo. He says that he came to this town three years ago and met the girl, but lost her number and couldn’t remember her name. The guys say that he shouldn’t mess with her because she was the ex-wife of the county deputy. He walks the other way in hopes to not attract people who try to follow him. He made the right decision. He walked right on the path leading to the woman’s house and work. Logan walked up the path with his dog, Zeus, right beside him. He saw the woman in the photo step out of the dog kennel, the place she works, which her mom, Nana, started. Logan smiles and stares at the woman. Her name is Beth. Logan decided to ask for a job since he came here with nothing but a few clothes, some food and water for him and some food and water for Zeus. Beth decides to give him an interview since they really need help since Nana’s stroke. Beth thinks that Logan is crazy and weird, so she goes inside her house and asks Nana if she could go interview Logan. Nana accepts him and he starts to work. Ben was scared of him because he thought that he was dangerous because of what his mom had told him. He grew attached to him and Zeus and finally Beth grew fond of him. They start to fall in love until Keith tries to tear them apart. Keith tells Beth that Logan was dangerous and that he had a picture of Beth from when Drake gave it to her. She wasn’t sure whether to believe him or not because Keith had followed her on all of her dates and thought he was lying. She decided to ask Logan and he confessed. He told her everything and they got into a huge fight, but made up a few hours later. Keith came over and was threatening Beth. Ben ran out to the creek and it had been raining for more than a week. He had the picture in his back pocket, but he was drowning and Logan and Keith tried to save him. Zeus saves Ben but Logan and Keith don’t get out so easily, and it ends in someone dying.

            The theme I chose for this story was luck. The picture helped Logan through tough times in the military and other times in his life. He gave it to Ben because he felt that he Ben needed it the most. Luck is the key to “survival” in this story.

so this is the last blog before we do our multi genre projects... i dont really know what im supposed to be doing for it.. its kinda reallllly confusing. people have explained it to me so many times but i just still dont know what to do. i hope im not gonna fail this project. This week in english, we had to get anovel and mine is The Lucky One, by Nicholas Sparks. Its pretty good so far. We also learned aboutthe multi genre projects. On friday, i went to my friend, Jen Wood's, house. Saturday i went to Moriah Callion's suprise party and she was so suprised! she had no clue. it was a really fun party. Today i went to rachel russ's house and we had to do a spanish project. i hate spanish so much. its stupid. this weekend was pretty fun and hopefully next week will be too.

Letters

     Many people thought they knew me. My friends, my family, my teachers. Well, they didn't. I'm Holly, Holly McIntyre. I grew up in the town of Hollister, California, but then moved to Los Angeles when I was ten. That's where I met Lori Oscar, one of my closest friends. I only had four really close friends; Jenna MacArthur, Lori Oscar, Olivia Bryan, and Michelle James.That was our "clique". This story starts with Lori.
     "Holly honey, don't forget your lunch!" my mom yelled down the steps as I left for Franklin Elementary on my first day of 4th grade.
     "Got it mom!" I yelled, walking out the door.
     I got to Mrs. Kelley's classroom and took a seat in the first open chair I could find.
     "That's my seat..." some kid said in a high, innocent voice.
     "Oh, I'm sorry. I'm Holly"
     "I'm Lori. Your desk is right here, next to mine," she said.
     As the year went on, we hung out with each other and became the best friends a kid could ever have. But one day, I remember it was raining, Lori had moved to San Diego. I could never see her again. She was the closest friend I had in elementary school.
     Five years later, it was time to go to highschool. I went to Franklin High for the Arts. I wanted to be a famous singer when I grew up. There, I met Jenna MacArthur, Olivia Bryan and Michelle James. We were one of the most popluar cliques in the school. We were pretty, smart, funny, oh and one more thing... TALENTED!
     "Class, I would like you to meet our new student. She moved here all the way from San Diego. This is Lori Oscar," Mrs. Ruth said in 3rd period. "Take an empty seat Lori."
     "Lori, hey! You can sit in front of me. Olivia, make room for her," I said.
     "Do you know her Holly?" Michelle asked, who sits next to me.
     "Of course! She's one of us. Don't worry"
     "Do I know you..?" Lori asked, walking to the chair.
     "Yeah, it's me, Holly McIntyre from 4th grade!"
     "Oh yeah! He-"
     "If you two are finished, I will continue," Mrs. Ruth said, inturrupting us.
     Olivia Bryan is next. We met freshman year as well as Michelle, and Jenna. We were all in the same histroy, geometry, and engllish class, and we all sat next to or by each other.
     Homecoming was three days away, and we were all sleeping over in a shed outside of Jenna's house. We told stories and shared secrets. It was a good night. After everyone fell asleep, I woke up and snnuck outside to meet up with Ian, Jenna's sister's ex- boyfriend.... at the time. We talked for a while, but I didn't come back that night.
     "Uhm guys.... Where's Holly?" Olivia asked.
     "She's probably just inside," Jenna said trying to fall back to sleep.
     "No seriously, she would have woken us up if she was going inside," Michelle said, worried to death.
     They went looking for me, but couldnt find a thing. A month later, news reporters said that they found my body in a shed out behind the local market.
     "I can't believe Holly's gone..." Jenna said through her tears at the funeral.
     "No one can jenna. That's why it's so hard to believe." Olivia stated, trying to piece everything together "it just doesn't make sense."
     The next day, Michelle was getting the mail for her mom, when she saw a letter that had come for her. It didn't have a return address, so she didnt know who it was from.

                  I know what you did before Holly died.
                  It was a very bad thing, and if you don't
                  confess, then I will tell everyone.

     "Some person who is my 'worst nightmare' evidently."
     "Michelle... mine is too... I think we're being blackmailed." Olivia said, scared of who it could possibly be.
     The next day, Olivia, Michelle, Jenna, and Lori all met up at the coffee shop.
     "I got a letter.. and it's really scaring me!" Lori yealled at the top of her lungs.
     "Lori, calm down. What does it say?" Olivia said, trying to calm her down.

                     You might have been my bestfriend, but
                      that doesn't mean that I forgive you
                      for what you did. You thought you knew
                      me, but you didn't. Now you're going to pay.

                       Ian was a terrible person and he doesn't

     "Yours isn't bad.... but who did he cheat on your sister with?" asked Olivia.
     "Guys, do you think this could possibly be... Holly?" Michelle suggested.
     "Michelle... I mean this in the nicest way possible, but Holly is DEAD! There's is no possible way that it could be Holly." Jenna told her.
     In the meantime, they kepy getting those anonomous letters, and the girls kept finding clues of who could have possibly killed me. They shared their darkest secrets and found out a lot about each other that they never knew.. even after all of those sleepovers that they had. A few weeks after Olivia's birthday, Jenna, Lori, olivia, and Michelle were all sleeping over at Olivia's house when the doorbell rang.
     "Who could that be? It's like 2 in the morning," asked Michelle.
     "I'll be right back." Olivia said, getting up to get the door.
     "No. We'll all come with," Lori said. "you never know who it could be."
     They all went downstair and opened the door. It was me.
     "Hey guys, did you miss me?" I said with the biggest smirk on my face.

my favorite movie.

This is kinda late.. but im stilll doing it for credit:
What's my favorite movie? I dont have a favorite movie but there are some really good ones out there, like The Blind Side, Saving Private Ryan, She's The Man, Dear John, Remember the Titans, Valentine's Day, The Hurt Locker, Anchorman, Fired Up, Step Brothers, and many many many many more. I love movies and my mom told me i should be a film critic when i get older. i dont know if thats actually gonna happen, but it might. Next year, im taking the classic film studies class. It sounds really fun... but maybe just because i love movies so much. Ive asked people if they were taking it but most people said that they werent movie people. I just saw Big Mommas: like father, like son; and it was realllly funny. There were a ton of little kids that were cracking up. Also i just saw the roommate, and honestly, it was really bad. i dont suggest that you see it.

Well, helllo there. its sunday night and i really dont wanna do this blog. Im watching the 53rd annual grammy awards. it hasnt started yet but its going to in about 2 minutes. i just saw an etrade commercial and it was kinda funny... i litterally laughed out loud. heheh :) this week went really slowwwww! it felt like friday on tuesday. i couldnt wait til friday came. we had our last basketball game on friday against reynoldsberg, and unfortunatly, we lost. its weird because we  won to them when we played them the first time. In english this week, we read some more in the fantasy and science fiction unit. to be honest i dont like this unit.. mostly because i dont like sci fi. but its okay, hopefully were almost done with the unit. We also scheduled this week and i think im gonna like next year. Saturday i litterally did nothing. i woke up at 9 because i had to walk my neighbors dog, then went back to bed and woke up at 2. it felt great. then today my dad made me go to work a pancake breakfast, then we went to 5 below so my dad could get some valentines day stuff for my mom. we almost got into an accident too. this girl pulled out right in front of me and i almost t-boned her. i was reallllly scared. haah. but thats it for now. Today my blog is going to be different. Its going to be about growing up with my sister. (I hope we dont have to put pictures on here like mr. potter did.) Anyway, growing up with my sister, kara, was a painnnn! We hated each other most of the time that we went to the same school(like we both went to the same elementary and middle school) because we had to share a bathroom, and she would always take up an hour in there... literally... but then she went to highschool and i got the bathroom to my self. Shes 20 by the way. were 4 and a half years apart and i lover her to deah. She can be a pain sometimes, but so do all siblings. When she had a friend over once, she was playing with these glow in the dark thingys that were mine and i went into her room and asked for them back and she kicked my in the chest and I couldnt breath for a few seconds. My mom got so mad at her... and i was kinda happy because i loved it when my sister got in trouble, i thought it was kinda funny. haha. Once her ex boyfriend almost drowned me in the pool... i was scared for my lifeeee! but i threw one of those plastic chairs that they have at the pool at him because he was being really mean to me and when i threw the chair he picked me up and threw me in the pool and he jumped in and held me down. then finally a life guard came and told him to get off me.. but my sister didnt do anything! those were the days that we didnt like each other very much. But now she comes to visit every sunday and everything is good.

number 1.

hello again. So i just figured out that we didnt have to do a blog last week and i did one. so i did that for  nothing. hopefully it could count as a make up blog... anyway, last week was alright. it went kinda slow. in english, we did a packet on commas, colons, and semicolons; and then we had a test over it and i only missed 4. i also got 8 extra points because whatever we got right on the packet counted towards our test, so thats good. Friday, i had a basketball game it Pick Central. we lost unfortunatley, which is weird because we beat pick central last time. oh well, were still 13 and 4. saturday we didnt have practice because we were supposed to have Winter Formal, but that got cancelled! hahah i find that hilarious! So instead of winter formal, me and my friends went to Cap City, then to a movie, then bowling, then back to my friends house, and i can tell ya that it was much much much better than going to winter formal. today i didnt do anything again, but i did watch some movies, like a Home of Our Own, Death at a Funeral, and Invictus. They were all pretty good. Invictus started out kinda boring though, but it got really good towards the end. Well its been 15 minutes. Peace.

helllo. its sunday night and of course i wait til the last second to do my homework... but this week there was only one thing that i had to do this weekend for homework and that of course was my blog. i forgot to do it last week so i got a big fat ZERO! oh well, its only 25 points. Last week in english we didnt do anything, but thats because we had midterms. The english midterm was really easy and  i liked that mr. potter gave us little "encourageable" things like youre almost done! haha. on friday we had a game and we finally beat newark. its really embarrassing that JV never beat newark but we finally beat them and it was by at least 30 points. Varsity lost though, so that was kinda bad. Saturday, i had basketball practice and then i was gonna go to the movies but then my friends and i couldnt. so i just wacthed tv and got on faebook. today i didnt really do anything at all. i am so glad that midterms are finally over, and that school is half way over only a few more months til summmer! 1st blog of the new year!

HAPPY NEW YEAR! Well isnt this dandy, we have to do another blog! yay. Well my break went okay. It wasnt as fun as i wanted it to e, but it was still pretty fun. i had basketabll all the time so i only got like 2 days to sleep in out of a whole 2 weeks :| but i got some nice things for christmas, and i finally got a new camera after i broke mine last spring break by dropping it. the whole top of it came off. new years was fun, and i went to my friends house to party it uppp! But school wise, it was kinda boring this past week. it went by really slow and all we did in english was read, read, read, read, oh yeahh! and read. i hate readinnnnng! its so boringgg. English isnt always about reading! we could watch some scary movies, that would be fun! On friday we had a basketball game and we won! that makes our record 10 wins and 2 losses :) how are the guys doing? but varsity lost so that wasnt to good. (for the girls). on saturday, i had practice, then i went to brio for lunch with my family and the people brought me out raw chicken... hmmm. and then they came back with  whole new meal after i started eating. I was soooo full i thought i was about to barff. after that i went to my friend's house and we watched some movies. today i did absolutley nothing and it was great! i havent done nothing in a long time! Well that has been 15 minutes, so see ya.
